Hello RLPOA Members,
This Email is the official notice that the RLPOA Annual Member meeting is being held on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Powell’s on Round Lake. The doors will be open at 8:30am. The meeting will start and 9am and should last approximately 90 minutes. Treats and beverages will be provided. Come early so that you can meet with neighbors and friends.
The agenda is as follows:
- Announcement of newly elected board members
- Treasurer’s report
- Status reports from committee chairs
- Status & discussion of lake district project, questions from the floor
- General question and answer session
Registration is required so we can ensure adequate seating and treats, and prepare name tags. To register go to RoundLakes.org and press the 'Register Here' button below the meeting announcement, which is located on the 'Home' page.
While participation in-person is encouraged, a Zoom option is available, and registration is required. The Zoom login credentials will be sent a day or two prior to the meeting to members who selected the Zoom option during the registration process. Please understand that we are using the available Internet service, which may be unstable and/or could fail. The meeting will be recorded and available about a week after the meeting. An article will be posted on RoundLakes.org once available.
The terms of Marty Hanson, David Rutt, and Jim Nancekivell are expiring at the annual meeting. They have agreed to run for another 3-year term. There are no other candidates. We will be using a secure online voting system 'Election Runner' to hold the election and it will be held from August 1st to the 10th. Only members as of July 20, 2025 will receive a ballot. Please watch for an Email ballot in your inbox. The ballot will be sent to the primary Email address that we have on file for your property.
